How do you convert a motor-vehicle repair shop into your favorite café? It’s all in the water…and the recycled bricks that created an amazing façade that brings customers coming back daily to Golden New York Bagels. The 3-time bagel shop owner worked with us to transform a 3-bay service station into a gem on a busy thorough fare in New Rochelle. Features include a full kitchen, custom bagel display and storage rack with view to baking kitchen and rehabilitated original steel skylight. The interior finishes are warm and inviting, just like the staff. Signage courtesy of East Coast Signs & Awnings. Brick courtesy of Young Companies, Inc.
Trilogy Cafè: a Sweet Shop
It’s always an exciting opportunity to work on the fit-out of a new business and this project was no exception. The business took great care in utilizing our Architectural vision and the custom built-display case designs of Adam Mucci of GTI Designs. The vibrant tones were incorporated into furnishings fixtures & equipment to retrofit a tired ground floor retail space into a vibrant cafe. Features include an elevated lounge area, full-baking kitchen & herringbone tiled floors.
La Rosa Pizzaria
