A Master En-suite addition served many purposes to this Homeowner, including balancing the asymmetries of this 1920’s brick colonial. Designing the addition over the existing one-story den restored a sense of balance to the home and gave the under-utilized flat, rooftop a purpose. This En-suite includes a dressing and sitting room with custom built-ins and access to a new roof deck, overlooking the front & side yards, a walk-in closet and 5-piece master bathroom.  Incorporated in the En-suite addition was an enlarged hall bathroom with 8-foot double vanity including countertop hutches and a swinging glass door for the new soaking bathtub. The original 3-piece master bathroom was converted to a 2nd floor laundry room with vanity, storage and easy access from all bedrooms. The finishes throughout are rich and inviting with hints of gold and silver.
